One order contains a variegated haworthia 'Ice City' similar to the photos. These chubby succulents has a beautiful translucent top that is most vibrant when they receive a comfortable amount of sun.
The succulent can either 1) ship individually with bare roots or 2) ship with the planter, arriving already potted.
Please note that succulent leaves may become dry and wrinkled from staying in a dark box during transit, but they will bounce back with the right watering. They are carefully wrapped and boxed to prevent damage during shipment.
Protect them from temperatures below 0°C (32°F) and above 30°C (86°F). If grown outdoor: provide partial shade from mid-day sun; haworthias like soft lights in the mornings and evenings. If grown indoor: Place in bright areas such as window-sills. For the healthiest roots, place in well-ventilated areas or provide fresh air periodically. (A detailed care guide will be provide with the succulent.)

Non-plant orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
For pots and other non-plant orders, full refunds will be issued for any reason if your order is returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any damage that occurs during transit. Contact us at: janny@roselent.com to let us know of the return.
We gladly offer refund or replacements if the items arrived damaged. Please contact us and provide your order number and photos of the damage, both the packaging and the pot(s).
